Our guest book at A New Day Retreats is nearly full now, and I will be getting a new one soon. It is full of beautiful, heartfelt and powerful messages of gratitude, healing, growing and awe. If you are trying to find the right retreat for you, a place that is safe and where your facilitators run ceremonies with love, patience and a lot of experience, then these thank you messages from guests who have come to us with open hearts, trepidation and hope might help you decide.

To Ditte, Barry and Seb,

I definitely didn't know what to expect before coming here or even upon my arrival... I was excited, scared, nervous all at once. One thing I can say for sure it's that it was nothing I could have ever expected. After my first ceremony as you know I was freaked out, thinking I would NEVER do this again despite having some unforgettable moments, it was hard to face and extra hard to trust the process. But you all made me feel so safe, reminded me why I was here but didn't add any pressure. My second ceremony was the exact reason I came here, and I can't thank you enough for giving me the opportunity to be here. Trying new things, getting out of my comfort zone and making me realise that I am important and there is space for me in this world. Life is what you make it and you make it beautiful. Thank you Seb for the amazing food, the lovely chat. Barry, you helped me so much with your words and belief in this process. Ditte, you're one in a million, you all are.
